Delivery Terms

Delivery in Chișinău

Free delivery for orders over 400 MDL. For orders under 400 MDL, delivery cost is 50 MDL.
Minimum order value: 200 MDL.

Delivery schedule for Chișinău

• Monday – Friday: 10:00 – 21:00
• Orders placed before 14:00 are delivered the same day.
• Orders placed after 14:00 are delivered the next day.
• Saturday: 10:00 – 16:00
• Orders placed before 12:00 are delivered the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 are delivered on Monday.

Chișinău Suburbs

Durlești, Codru, Airport, Dumbrava

• Delivery cost: 50 MDL, regardless of order amount.
• Minimum order value: 200 MDL.

For orders over 3 kg:

• For orders from 500 MDL, delivery cost is 40 MDL.
• For orders under 500 MDL, delivery cost is 50 MDL.

Bubuieci, Bîc, Vatra, Grătiești, Ghidighici, Călțiuțor, Colonița, Stăuceni, Tohatin, Poiana Nucului

• Same-day delivery: 80 MDL, regardless of order amount.
• Minimum order value: 200 MDL.
• Delivery via Nova Poshta courier service (2–3 days): 60 MDL, regardless of order amount. Minimum order value: 200 MDL.

Băcioi, Cricova, Horești, Ialoveni

• Same-day delivery: 100 MDL, regardless of order amount.
• Minimum order value: 200 MDL.
• Delivery via Nova Poshta courier service (2–3 days): 60 MDL, regardless of order amount. Minimum order value: 200 MDL.

Express Delivery

• Available if the product is in stock.
• Delivery within 2 hours after order confirmation. Cost: 95 MDL.
• Express delivery is only available for orders placed before 16:00.
• Alternatively, the order can be delivered within one hour by taxi (delivery option). In this case, the taxi cost is paid by the customer.

Delivery Throughout Moldova

• Delivery cost: 60 MDL via Nova Poshta courier service, regardless of order amount.
• Minimum order value: 200 MDL.
• Delivery time: 1–3 days from order confirmation.

NOTE: For heavy products over 5 kg, the courier may refuse delivery to the apartment door.

Pickup

You can pick up your order from the most convenient store at any time — just select "Pickup" when placing your order. Your order will be prepared in advance.

Delivery Notes

After placing your order, we will call you within 30 minutes for confirmation. In rare cases, confirmation may take up to 24 hours. Our consultant will arrange a convenient delivery time with you. The courier will call you 30 minutes before arrival. Delivery is only for the products specified in your order.
IMPORTANT: You can order products in 2–3 sizes to try them or choose at the time of delivery.

Delivery in Chișinău

Can be paid cash or by card to the courier. If taxi delivery is used, payment is only by bank transfer.

Suburbs (pet shop courier)

Can be paid cash or by card to the courier.

Delivery in Moldova

Can only be paid cash to the courier!

Always check the order, expiration date and package integrity in the presence of the courier!

The customer has the right to return the order to the courier if defects or wrong products are found only when checking the order upon delivery (on the spot).
Pay special attention when ordering bulk dry food — bulk dry food sold cannot be returned or exchanged.

You can also return the product within 14 days of purchase, with receipt, provided that the product has not been used and is returned in original packaging with all labels.

NOTE: If delivery has been made and the customer refuses a product that is in good condition and corresponds to the order, the customer is obligated to pay the delivery fee mentioned in the invoice.
